Description: We worked with the North Bay and Parry Sound District's Healthy Living Team on creating a guide that would inspire Aboriginal youth to stay active and eat healthy during the winter season, a time when we need extra motivation to go outdoors. Custom illustrations and a playful layout make the book easy and fun to read, while learning important safety information specifically important to Indigenous communities.
