A NIGHT OF IDEAS AND CONNECTIONS
We all have creative blocks: imposter syndrome, self-doubt, setbacks, and red tape. Everyone asks themselves the same questions and goes through the same challenges, especially in a creative field where our minds are creating constantly. And to prove it, we're bring together three designers to discuss their “full disclosure” stories together and we are holding nothing back.
3 POINT PERSPECTIVES is a one-day virtual conference that explores three perspectives from designers and creatives alike about themes present in the design industry to foster innovative thinking and inspiration. This year, 3 Point Perspectives pursued Full Disclosure. We asking three designers about their toughest career challenges, how they’ve dealt with them, and what motivates them to keep going.

Davide Dorigo
Davide is a weird mix of designer, anthropologist, and science communicator who loves learning about people almost as much as he loves talking to them. Most days you’ll find him debating the finer points of accessibility in his job at Design de Plume, but he also enjoys serving the local community as SDS president, spending time with friends, and writing mediocre poetry he hopes never sees the light of day.
Jessica Oddi
Jess is a disabled designer with a flexible approach. Her craft is combined with a passion for disability spaces. Jess has had the opportunity to work with incredible groups across the globe. She specializes in accessibility and representation for all. Services include identity design + websites, design accessibility, and digital illustration.
Bayode gegeoju
Bayode (Bayo) Gegeoju began his journey in the Greater Sudbury community as an international student from Nigeria. Co-founder of Afrofest Sudbury, a vibrant celebration of African culture that has now become a cornerstone event in the community. His knack for creativity led to starting Strokes incorporated in 2014, a creative company providing design solutions for performing artists and nonprofit organizations.
Anny Garcia
With a background in industrial design, Anny Garcia, ran a successful business in the Dominican Republic before coming to Cambrian, where she earned top marks and accolades like the graphic design gold medal at Skills Ontario 2024 and the chance to represent the province at nationals. Now she works for Studio123, wowing clients with her prodigious talent and pursuing her passion for packaging.
