Description: As a first attempt in the arena of food photography, Pinchman’s was a perfect playground. Taking much inspiration from the aesthetic of Food & Drink magazine, I found the use of natural light was paramount in revealing the beautiful colour & texture of the subject. Thus allowing the product to work wonders on the viewer’s potential appetite. Overall, my decision was to make certain the food came off sophisticated and almost took you in for a bite. Gear used : Nikon d800e, 50mm ? 1.4 Prime, 105mm ? 1.8 Prime
